What happened in Pickering in June 2025

Pickering recorded 130 sales in June 2025, 5.7% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 364 new listings to market, leaving 493 properties in inventory — 37.7% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 3.2 months of supply, which puts Pickering in a balanced market. 40% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,014,107, up 2.3% year over year and up 2.3% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,248,509 against $568,429 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
