What happened in Brampton in November 2025

Brampton recorded 381 sales in November 2025, 13.8% fewer than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 1,020 new listings to market, leaving 1,966 properties in inventory — 20.1% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.4 months of supply, which puts Brampton in a buyer's market. 29% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $914,161, down 10.0% year over year and down 2.1% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,047,585 against $433,346 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.

What this means if you're buying in Brampton

Market conditions shape the negotiation; your income, debts and the stress test decide what you can actually borrow.
