Mississauga recorded 568 sales in May 2026, 11.8% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 1,582 new listings to market, leaving 2,465 properties in inventory — 12.0% less than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.0 months of supply, which puts Mississauga in a buyer's market. 34% of the month's new listings sold.
The average sale price across all property types was $971,047, down 6.7% year over year and down 1.0% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,367,848 against $543,142 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
