Mississauga recorded 345 sales in February 2026, 3.6% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 940 new listings to market, leaving 1,748 properties in inventory — 3.1% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.2 months of supply, which puts Mississauga in a buyer's market. 32% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $963,747, down 7.3% year over year and up 2.1% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,460,621 against $514,936 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
