Mississauga recorded 333 sales in December 2025, 15.6% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 515 new listings to market, leaving 1,555 properties in inventory — 9.1% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.1 months of supply, which puts Mississauga in a buyer's market. 32% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $963,078, down 1.5% year over year and down 0.4% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,414,336 against $511,026 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
