What happened in Milton in June 2025

Milton recorded 167 sales in June 2025, 3.1% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 483 new listings to market, leaving 683 properties in inventory — 44.7% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 3.4 months of supply, which puts Milton in a balanced market. 38% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,066,102, down 2.7% year over year and up 0.7% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,259,638 against $614,889 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.

What this means if you're buying in Milton
