What happened in Aurora in April 2026

Aurora recorded 60 sales in April 2026, 1.7% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 200 new listings to market, leaving 296 properties in inventory — 8.4% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.4 months of supply, which puts Aurora in a buyer's market. 31% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,153,153, down 13.5% year over year and down 2.9% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,461,203 against $689,500 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
